We provide quality grain cleaning services to both organic and conventional customers. We clean durum, spring wheat, peas, barley, flax, oats, lentils, chick peas as well as other commodities.

Our current plant equipment includes a Scalper and Sifting Deck, ISM20 Aspirator, and Large and Small Indent; each with their own benefits

In Pulse Crops, the VistaSort will remove foreign material such as:

• sticks, debris, and stones;
• colour defects caused by disease, immaturity, or moisture damage;
• splits, and undecorticated seed.

In Cereal Grains, we can remove all types of contaminants such as:

• sticks, hulls, and stones;
• ergot or fusarium;
• foreign material (i.e. wild oats);
• discoloured seeds;
• immature and diseased kernels.

Our colour sorter offers high precision separation and can upgrade grains by removing unwanted materials, such as:

• lentils from cereals;
• canola from mustard;
• brown flax from yellow flax, etc.

Our Gjesdal cleaner is a seed cleaning plant all in one machine and is the largest in their series of 5 in 1 cleaners. It is designed to do high volume high quality grain processing.
